Impact factors of chemical journals 2012 have been published recently. The IF of ChemSusChem of Wiley press has further increased from 6.827 (2011) to 7.475 (2012). In this high-quality journal in the research of chemistry and sustainable energy, our institute has published ca. 30 papers and caused remarkable attention. Among the most frequently cited ones published in 2010 or 2011, which have contributed the most to the journal's impact factor in 2012, two research papers from our institute are listed in the TOP 25. The detailed information is presented in following website:

Therein, the paper from our group about “highly-selective catalytic conversion of cellulose to ethylene glycol” and Zongbao Zhao’s group work on “catalytic conversion of sugar to 5-HMF in ionic liquid” rank the 14th (5th in the research papers, cited 55 times) and 19th (6th in the research papers, cited 46 times), respectively. Such wonderful work has received wide attention and contributed to continuously improving the reputation of our group and our institute, and will eventually boost the development of biomass catalytic conversion to fuels and chemicals.
